Compensation range: $50,000 - $55,000
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Manage Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint access and licensing.
- Support two-factor authentication (Okta), password resets, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Install software and set up new desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Use Service Desk tools (Jira preferred) to track and close tickets.
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote connectivity issues.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- 2 years of experience working in IT Administration.
- Degree preferred
- Confident communicator who manages workload independently.
- Hands-on with both software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience in large enterprise environments preferred.
- Thrive under pressure and enjoy helping others succeed.
