Team Unleashed is a youth sports and leadership organization dedicated to developing athletes on and off the court. We combine elite training with mentorship, character building, and educational outreach. Our mission is to sharpen athletic skills while empowering young people with values, confidence, and life skills.
Position Summary
We are seeking a creative Videographer/Photographer to capture, edit, and produce high-quality visual content that reflects Team Unleashed’s high-energy, motivational brand. This role will be central to growing our visibility and inspiring our community through compelling storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Capture photos and video of training sessions, games, camps, and events.
- Edit content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and marketing campaigns.
- Create highlight reels, short-form clips, testimonials, and promotional graphics.
- Collaborate with coaches to plan content that showcases skill development and athlete stories.
- Maintain an organized library of media content for ongoing use.
- Stay up to date on trends in sports media and content creation.
Qualifications
- Experience with photography and videography, including editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and video/photo best practices.
- Ability to capture fast-paced sports action and authentic storytelling moments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, special events).
- Passion for youth sports and athlete development is a plus.
