Greeter - New Car and Used Car

Team Toyota of Glen Mills is seeking a greeter for our New Car / Used Car Showroom. We have various schedules open both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Duties include professionally greeting customers as they enter showroom. Answering telephone and directly calls to applicable parties. For sales calls, intercom system used to make announcement of pending call.

We are looking for someone who has a great personality and loves dealing with the public. Previous customer service experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and warmly as they arrive at the dealership, establishing a welcoming environment.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel efficiently, providing clear guidance.
• Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and ready for daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth flow of information and customer support.
