What You’ll Do:
- Guide employees through the leave of absence process, from initial request to return to work
- Assist with programs such as Family and Medical Leave, disability leaves, and workplace accommodations
- Track timelines, documentation, and certifications while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Communicate clearly about approvals, extensions, recertifications, and return-to-work plans
- Support employee benefits enrollment, updates, and communications
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and collaborate with internal stakeholders
