What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care based on the plan of care and physician orders
- Document clinical and progress notes accurately
- Teach patients and families self-care techniques
- Perform preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Participate in care conferences with the healthcare team
- Maintain confidentiality and follow agency policies
Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in home health or pediatrics preferred (not required)
