What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) position at Team Select Home Care?
Team Select Homecare is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Bloomington team. Our nurses will document and provide skilled nursing care in a 1:1 setting to our patients in their home.
We are hiring specifically for a quadriplegic adult male patient in Bloomington who requires 24/7 trach and vent care and has been on our services for years. We have a phenomenal team of nurses currently working with him, but need to add more staff to ensure consistent coverage.
Summary of Nurse Responsibilities:
- 1:1 Patient Care.
- Working with pediatric patients with g-tube, trach, and/or ventilator.
- Documenting electronically.
- Patient assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in Indiana.
- Maintains a current CPR certification.
