Team Select Homecare is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Team Select family. Our nurses will document and provide skilled nursing care in a 1:1 setting to our patients in their home.

Locations:
- Berks County and surrounding areas
We work with pediatric and/or adult patients! Assist the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques and assure that the patient/family is involved in implementing the plan of care.
Responsibilities
- Implement the nursing care plan for each patient.
- Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Teach and counsel the patient and family/significant others regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the patient at home.
- Maintain and complete records of observations, treatments and care of patient. Help update the patient plan of care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Demonstrate competent performance of technical skills according to established procedures before performing new skills.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
