Team Select Home Care is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Team Select family.
The Healthcare Recruiter is a sales orientated individual who is responsible for the recruitment of clinical staff to fill open shifts on cases.
Summary of Recruiter Responsibilities
- Hire Nurses and Staff Nurses.
- Daily recruiting of Nurses.
- Maintain positive rapport with clients, Nurses and employees and effectively promote harmonious interpersonal relationships.
- Constant communication with nurses and families.
- Reaching and exceeding monthly hiring goals.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Working in a team environment with your fellow branch staff.
- Performs all other job duties as assigned.
