Pediatric Nurse - Home Care - RN/LPN (NOC Only/Le Sueur Area)

Team Select Home Care is seeking outgoing, ambitious & nurturing pediatric nurses RNs/LPNs for our clients located in Le Sueur Area, MN and other surrounding areas.

POSITION TYPES: Full-time, Part-time - Overnights, Weekends

SHIFTS: Flexible scheduling, 12-hour and 10-hour shifts.

COMPENSATION:

LPN Rates:

• 36 NOC/Weekend

RN Rates:

• $47 NOC/Weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in home and community settings, ensuring adherence to care plans.
• Perform essential nursing tasks while monitoring patient health and progress.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to deliver effective health coaching and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a nurturing environment for children.

Requirement : 1 year of nursing experience, not taking NEW GRADS at this time.
