Team Select Home Care is looking for a Direct Care Worker in the Buck County Area to join our Team Select family. We do private duty, One on one in home care with adult patients. You must drive for this position.

Responsibilities
- Providing assistance and hygiene care as directed, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities and assisting with measurements, if necessary
- Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to : feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, shopping, companionship
- Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing
- Must be on time and be able to make commute
- No call outs, MUST show up to scheduled time
- Hoyer lift experience / if not we supply training
