Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team for a full-time overnight position in a pediatric long-term care homecare setting. You will work directly with one patient, providing 1-on-1 attentive care.
Schedule:
- Overnight shifts: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1-on-1 patient care during overnight hours
- Monitor and manage ventilator and tracheostomy care
- Administer feedings via g-button
- Manage respiratory needs and support
- Administer TPN as needed
- Complete thorough documentation after each shift
- Communicate effectively with the family and care team
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Arizona
- Minimum of [1–2] years of pediatric nursing experience (preferred)
- Must have experience with:
- Tracheostomy and ventilator care
- G-button care and feedings
- Respiratory/breathing treatments and interventions
- TPN administration
- CPR Certification (PALS preferred)
- Strong communication, reliability, and critical thinking skills
