Medically complex teenage boy requires one-to-one nursing care at school (and during transportation) from a highly skilled, reliable and compassionate nurse. Please apply online or call our office a 617-648-9800.
Skilled nursing care includes:
Respiratory treatments, enteral care/nutrition, medication management, assist with transfers/ambulation, assist with ADL's.
Open Shifts needed:
- Monday through Friday: 6:15am-3:15pm
Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Team Select Home Care in Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being of our patients through individualized care, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and in the community.
- Administer medications and all other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in critical care, hospital medicine or emergency medicine.
- Experience in home care or inpatient pediatric nursing is preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of patient care standards and nursing practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to perform basic life support and advanced nursing skills (e.g., IV insertion, medication administration).
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on individual needs.
