Funny, very bright, and possessing a big personality, this medically complex school-aged girl requires one-to-one nursing from a highly skilled, compassionate, and reliable nurse (RN). This patient lives at home with her family, where she is loved and well cared for. She is an excellent student, she loves music, and she loves spending time with her famliy.
Skilled nursing care includes:
At home and in school she will require one-to-one nursing care r/t her spinal cord injury.
Enteral care/feeds, BiPAP, respiratory treatments, catheterization, neuro assessment, medication administration, assist with ambulation and transfers, and assistance with ADL’s.
Looking for:
- 12 hour shifts, days and nights (7a-7p and 7p-7a)

Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Team Select Home Care in Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being of our patients through individualized care, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and in the community.
- Administer medications and all other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in critical care, hospital medicine or emergency medicine.
- Experience in home care or inpatient pediatric nursing is preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of patient care standards and nursing practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to perform basic life support and advanced nursing skills (e.g., IV insertion, medication administration).
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation.
- Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on individual needs.
