Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
- CI/CD systems experience – Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale software or game development environments.
- Scalable infrastructure systems – Experience supporting and improving large-scale infrastructure systems in enterprise or game development settings.
- Programming & scripting – Strong proficiency in C# and PowerShell, along with general scripting for automation and tooling.
- Build systems expertise – Experience troubleshooting and optimizing large-scale build systems and development pipelines.

How you will make an impact:
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and build configurations
• Debug and resolve build failures, inconsistencies, and system breakages
• Optimize build performance through caching, parallelization, and system improvements
• Support branching strategies, merging processes, and release workflows
• Implement and maintain asset and data pipelines across development teams
• Troubleshoot tooling and pipeline issues impacting engineering, art, and design workflows
• Monitor and improve build reliability, stability, and success rates
• Identify systemic issues and enhance logging, diagnostics, and debugging capabilities
• Collaborate with engineers, DevOps, and technical leadership to execute defined priorities
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and blockers
The expertise you bring:
• 5–7 years of experience working with CI/CD systems in large-scale environments
• 5–7 years supporting scalable infrastructure systems (enterprise or game development)
• Strong programming and scripting skills in C# and PowerShell
• Experience working with build systems, pipelines, and automation tools
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across distributed systems
• Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
