Graphic Designer 1 (Part Time)

Team Red Dog is seeking a Graphic Designer (20 hour/week) to support our client, a design-forward technology client, in creating compelling visual content and polished presentations that drive communication, storytelling, and business impact across a growing organization. This is a fully remote role!

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. Strong PowerPoint expertise (2–4 years) – creating, designing, and polishing executive-level presentations and customer-facing decks.
2. Experience with Visio (2–4 years) – building clear, professional diagrams and visual workflows.
3. Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (2–4 years) – producing high-quality visual assets across print and digital formats.
4. Visual communication and layout design – translating complex ideas into clean, engaging visuals and organizational communications.

Opportunity Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-moving team focused on building front-end applications and expanding into CRM solutions. In this role, you'll play a key part in elevating how information is communicated—through polished presentations, visual storytelling, and impactful design work used across leadership, customer engagements, and internal communications.

How you will make an impact:
• Design and refine customer-facing PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks
• Create visuals, diagrams, and charts to simplify complex information
• Develop content for organizational communications and leadership presentations
• Support SharePoint design and visual content updates
• Partner with stakeholders to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions
• Balance multiple design requests while maintaining quality and consistency

The expertise you bring:
• Associate's degree in graphic design or related field required; bachelor's preferred
• 0–2 years of relevant design experience
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to create layouts for both digital and presentation formats
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
