You'll support key lifecycle milestones for cloud hardware products that power massive-scale cloud infrastructure, making this a unique blend of supply chain, operations, and program management exposure.How you will make an impact:• Track production lifecycle changes, including NPI, EOL, and other milestone events.• Ensure readiness activities and dependencies are completed by stakeholders to meet lifecycle timelines.• Attend and manage rhythm-of-business meetings to gather updates, record actions, and maintain accurate reporting.• Drive action item closure across cross-functional teams through structured communication and follow-up.• Provide clear, concise status reporting to stakeholders to increase transparency and operational visibility.• Manage both independent work (reporting, documentation, communication) and collaborative work (meetings, 1:1 follow-ups).The expertise you bring:• 4 years of supply chain or manufacturing operations experience.• 2–4 years of project or program management experience.• Hands-on experience supporting new product introduction and end-of-life processes.• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate status, risks, and action items.• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.• Knowledge of supply chain processes, production planning, quality control, and manufacturing operations.• Familiarity with standard business software such as Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field preferred; PMI or PMP certification is a plus.What makes a candidate highly successful in this role:A top candidate brings strong supply chain and manufacturing operations experience paired with confident program management capabilities.
