What You'll Do:
- Provide administrative support across the company
- Manage and update customer and account information with accuracy
- Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe (Acrobat, PDF editing, etc.)
- Handle data entry, emails, scheduling, and general office tasks
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and keep workflows on track
- Manage payment recovery, invoice and payment processing, and customer retention
What You Bring:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe

This is a full-time, in-office position that requires sitting or standing for extended periods and occasional light lifting. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a drug screening and 7-year background check.
