About this Position:
The Assistant Media Strategist, Paid Social is responsible to support strategist and supervisor in planning, activation, and stewardship of paid social advertising strategies for Lexus. This person will learn all aspects of Paid Social media including capabilities and executions in various platforms; and be exposed to various teams throughout the agency that collaborate to ensure the success of Lexus efforts in the space.

Compensation Range: $40,280.00 - $50,900.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. About this Position:
The Assistant Media Strategist, Paid Social is responsible to support strategist and supervisor in planning, activation, and stewardship of paid social advertising strategies for Lexus. This person will learn all aspects of Paid Social media including capabilities and executions in various platforms; and be exposed to various teams throughout the agency that collaborate to ensure the success of Lexus efforts in the space.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in cross-team meetings to ensure all campaigns are seamlessly executed
- Support development strategic paid social media advertising recommendations
- Support development of creative briefs that outline the required copy, image, and video assets to be developed for each campaign
- Assist in execution of social media advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Stay up to date on social platforms and new ad units
- Steward campaign media and fee spend reconciliation and ensure all billing is properly actualized each month.
- Update and maintain campaign performance trackers
- Support and generate ideas to support an “Ideas Culture” agency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science or related field
- Prior social media or media internship experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate, with some experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Passion for social media, be an avid user, and have a passion to stay in the loop on the latest social media trends, capabilities, and platforms
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and enthusiastic
