What You’ll Do
- Provide safe and compassionate patient care during transport
- Perform patient assessments and interventions within AEMT scope of practice
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with facilities and dispatch
- Ensure ambulance readiness, equipment checks, and infection control compliance
- Work collaboratively with EMTs, paramedics, nurses, behavioral health facilities, and hospital partners
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare partners
Qualifications -- MUST HAVE VALID TENNESSEE AEMT LICENSE
- Current Tennessee AEMT License
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- EMS experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
