Position Overview
As a Paramedic with Team Mobile Health Care, you will provide high-quality medical care and transportation services for patients across a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, behavioral health facilities, rehabilitation centers, and emergency departments.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive leadership team while making a direct impact on patient outcomes and community healthcare access.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced pre-hospital and interfacility patient care
- Conduct patient assessments and administer appropriate interventions
- Safely transport patients while maintaining compassionate bedside manner
- Complete accurate electronic patient care documentation
- Maintain readiness of ambulance, equipment, and medications
- Collaborate with healthcare partners, nurses, physicians, and dispatch teams
- Uphold all clinical, safety, and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee Paramedic License or National Registry
- Current BLS, ACLS preferred
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving history
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
- Previous EMS experience preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
