Team MJV is a Building Service Contractor throughout Indiana and Michigan. Our coaches guide, encourage and teach each team member to effectively execute the scope of work for each customer partner. We pride our Team on being professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.
Job Skills / Requirements
Build upon, grow and maintain relationships with our current team members and our customer partners. Provide proactive leadership to the team including training, conflict resolution, organization of duties, equipment and supplies, scheduling, supply ordering, security and safety of our team and any other detail to maintain a successful site location. Maintain and protect the positive representation of Team MJV and its image at all times.
Continually increase team culture through positive recruitment and coaching of team members to care about Team MJV’s mission of providing a safe and healthy environment.
- Clean by specifications provided by Regional Coordinator that would include:
- All General Cleaner responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for and communicate with job site management
- Recruit, interview, and hire new team members for job site
- Train new team members on Team MJV policies, procedures, goals, and safety practices
- Encourage and motivate team members
- Organize and schedule daily shifts and/or tasks for team members
- Document disciplinary actions taken with team members
- Submit all paperwork for new hires, disciplinary actions, and/or separations in a timely manner
- Resolve all basic cleaning, personnel, and/or customer concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure all policies and procedures of both Team MJV and job site are enforced
- Maintain job site inventory control, supplies, and equipment
- Conduct frequent job site inspections to ensure customer satisfaction
- Report all accidents and workman’s comp issues to Team MJV office within 24 hours of occurrence
- Ensure up-to-date SDS forms are located on job site
