Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our growing HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operation throughout the Greater Kokomo area. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of the business, developing high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and helping execute the market's growth strategy.

The Site Manager will work closely with market leadership, including the Market Area President, to support the continued growth and expansion of our residential service presence across the Kokomo market. • Provide leadership and oversight for the daily operations of the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical business
• Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and frontline team members to drive accountability, engagement, and performance
• Work closely with the Market Area President and leadership team to support long-term market expansion plans
• Drive performance across key business metrics including revenue, profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee retention
• Support budgeting, cost management, workforce planning, and resource allocation efforts
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial results
• Foster a culture centered on safety, customer service, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent development initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline
• Partner with department leaders to resolve operational challenges and remove barriers to success
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Serve as a key leader within the organization and help drive execution of the company's strategic objectives

• 5 years of leadership experience overseeing home service operations and field teams 
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and create accountability
• Strong operational and business acumen with experience driving performance and profitability
• Experience managing key business metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, controlling costs, and improving operational results
• Ability to effectively influence, coach, and motivate employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience leading through growth, change, and organizational development initiatives
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership

• Home services industry experience, including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Construction, Restoration, or other field-service environments
• Experience with P&L ownership or direct responsibility for business performance
• Multi-department or multi-location leadership experience
• ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and scaling teams
• Experience partnering closely with senior leadership on growth initiatives

• $75,000 - $100,000 base salary
• Performance-based bonus opportunity with target total earnings up to $150,000
