What You'll Do
Connect with Customers: Welcome customers, learn about their needs and preferences, and help them find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget.
Showcase Our Vehicles: Learn about Mazda models, features, technology, and benefits so you can confidently present vehicles and answer customer questions.
Build Lasting Relationships: Follow up with customers, maintain communication, and create a positive buying experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.
Drive Sales & Success: Work toward individual and team sales goals while taking advantage of opportunities to grow your earnings.
Create an Exceptional Experience: Guide customers through the buying process, from the initial conversation and test drive to the final paperwork.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with fellow sales professionals, management, and other departments to deliver a smooth, professional customer experience.
Keep Learning: Stay up to date on inventory, new models, promotions, and product knowledge to better serve your customers.
