This role is ideal for someone with real estate experience, MLS knowledge, or a strong administrative background who enjoys solving problems, managing moving pieces, and staying several steps ahead. We are looking for a proactive professional who can confidently take ownership of the listing process and help ensure every property launches successfully.
As our Listing Coordinator, you will oversee the journey from signed listing agreement to active market status. You'll coordinate timelines, manage listing information, prepare pricing materials, work with vendors, and ensure every detail is accurate, compliant, and completed on schedule.
We're looking for someone dependable, resourceful, and highly organized who enjoys supporting clients and teammates while delivering an exceptional experience. If you're motivated by excellence and want to be part of a team known for outstanding service and results, we'd love to hear from you.
Hours will be based on Pacific Time business hours.
Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
