Job Details
- Salary: $30,000 to $50,000 per year, including hourly pay plus commissions
- Job Type: Full Time
- Location: Orange, TX 77630
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and online inquiries regarding new and pre-owned vehicles
- Identify customer needs and budget to properly qualify leads
- Schedule sales appointments for qualified leads with the dealership’s sales team
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure a positive experience and nurture interest
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and pricing
- Assist with outbound communication to existing customers and service inquiries as needed
- Accurately enter and track customer information in the CRM system
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, or equivalent skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven skill in building rapport and understanding customer needs
- Proactive and results-driven approach with focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent telephone etiquette with capability to manage multiple calls simultaneously
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
