Team Elite Martial Arts in Central KY is expanding and we are now accepting resumes for our Admin position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Phone Admin
Base Pay: $15 per hour base, plus Bonus Plan
Hours: 10-20 hours per week (more possibly added)
Location: Richmond, with company vehicle to travel to other locations if required
Typical Work Schedule: (schedule will change)
Monday-Friday 10 am-1/2 pm
TOP RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
1. Phone membership sales, renewals, upgrades
2. Lead, appointments, follow up & scheduling
3. Social media posting: reels, etc
4. General office work and checking marketing items
TOP MUST HAVES:
1. Clean background check
2. Great talking on the phone, outgoing personality
3. Good with social media and Microsoft office
4. Organized, self starter detail oriented

ATTIRE/ DRESS:
Clean Elite Polo (Elite T-shirt as back up) & presentable slacks or shorts
DAILY ROUTINE:
- 10 AM Call new leads & old leads, follow up on show/missed appointments, confirm today’s appointments
- Field calls & check messages, check all locations FB inbox and emails, social media posting, check marketing pieces in field
- General admin follow up
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be 18 years old or older & Must have clean criminal background.
2. Must be drug free & Must have valid driver’s license
3. Attend daily home office at Elite Richmond.
4. Must have a desire to serve customers at the highest level with respect and enthusiasm.
5. First 60 Days Roughly: is probationary proving period. No benefits or job is guaranteed.
GENRAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handling sales calls
2. Helping company hit revenues.
3. Setting up promotions and marketing booths and opportunities.
4. Responding to emails and social media messages; Creating and updating customer accounts
5. Document creation
6. Staff onboarding
7. Report to the CEO/owner directly.
8. Attend weekly meetings
REQUIRED TRAINING ITEMS:
1. Admin checklist
2. Flip enrollment charts
3. Phone and sales scripts/ Program Director Manual
4. Spark calendar, etc.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
