Job Summary:
This position is responsible to provide optimal patient coordination in an integrated, multi-disciplinary environment within teamdental. As a Marketing/ Office Assistant you will play an integral part in the marketing and administrative role throughout the organization. You will lead by example through strategic handling of the schedule, providing superior patient experience.

Roles and responsibilities:
Front Office
- Schedule patient appointments
- Take billing and insurance details
- Answering phone calls to book appointments or resolving any patient’s concerns
- Partnership with other departments
- Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Perform analytical and data entry task
- Answer patient calls, emails and questions, including finding insurance estimates
- Confidentially manage patient accounts
- Schedule patient visits and answer pre-visit questions, including about billing
- Ensure compliance with professional standards & regulatory requirements
- Provide patient consultations and recommended treatments
- Discuss cost of service, insurance coverage, and payment options with the patient
- Create, present and close on treatment plans
- Managing daily office goals
- Collect reviews
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
