The right candidate for this position must be fully bilingual. Able to communicate with customers, both by email and phone.
Computer literate, inventory, CRM, organized, with attention to detail, and time management. We have a very dynamic environment and want COLLABORATORS who work together well. Ensure that quantities and invoices meet the work order that is presented. Always double-check to ensure that there are no discrepancies.
It would be beneficial if the candidate had customer service experience. We treat our clients with the utmost respect and expect that our employees work in a friendly but very professional manner. Everyone works hard, but there is also a friendly environment.
Able to work in a very fast-paced environment where the dynamics of the job change depending on the client's needs.
Able to work on preparing shipments for UPS and sometimes FedEx.
A little knowledge of basic math skills to help ensure that order quantities are correct. The position does require carrying boxes of about 25 to 50 pounds while preparing shipments for UPS.
Some working knowledge of accounting will also help, as they will be handling credit cards and some cash transactions.
Microsoft Programs - including Excel, Word, CRM
Forklift Certified
Bilingual
Stable work history - Looking to grow with a very established company.
Experience in Sales Customer Service, Parts Company. Preferable Plumbing, Fire
Salary : $19 - $21
