Successful candidates must be willing to learn the business from the ground up before taking full ownership of a site. Through our training program, you'll work alongside experienced leaders to develop the knowledge and skills needed to successfully lead a high-performing team and operate a successful location.

What You’ll Do As a Site Manager

• Proactively manage site operations and maintain company standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
• Drive membership sales and help team members achieve sales goals
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of management, leadership, or supervisory experience
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Customer service and sales experience
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn a new industry
• Comfortable working on feet and in an outdoor environment

Annual Salary Range: $68,000-$72,000
