Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily construction operations on behalf of the owner as part of a Construction Manager Agent (CMA) delivery approach. The Site Manager will monitor contractors and project progress, and ensure work is completed in accordance with project plans, schedules, budgets, and owner expectations.
This role serves as the owner’s on-site representative and works closely with owner, design consultants, contractors, and inspectors throughout all phases of construction.
