Customer Service Associate - Summit, NJ

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer-service, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle cashiering responsibilities and actively promote and sell memberships to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing any inquiries they may have.
• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned according to company standards, paying attention to detail in every aspect of the wash process.
• Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist with custodial duties around the car wash facility to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Drive vehicles in and out of the wash area as needed, ensuring safe handling at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
