What you'll do as a Marketing Assistant:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across print and digital channels.
- Create & update promotional materials, including brochures, catalogs, and social media content.
- Coordinate & travel to approximately 10 trade shows annually, including short overnight trips lasting 2-3 days.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audiences, and growth opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance data and compile reports on key performance indicators.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, calendars, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Present updates and findings on ongoing campaigns to leadership and teammates.
Our Ideal Marketing Assistant:
- Experienced: At least one year of marketing experience and understands key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, analytics software, and marketing platforms like StoryBrand and
- Creative & Detailed: Balances imaginative ideas with accuracy in content, data, and reporting.
- Collaborative & Flexible: Works well with a close-knit team, adjusts easily to shifting priorities, and communicates clearly.
- Self-motivated: Takes initiative to improve campaigns, suggest ideas, and drive results without constant direction.
- Values-driven: Displays humility, professionalism, and a servant-hearted attitude that aligns with the company's faith-based culture.
What We Offer Our Marketing Assistant:
- $26-$32/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time, in-office, Monday-Friday schedule hours per week)
