What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines, robotic equipment, facility systems, and production equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues to identify problems and complete effective repairs quickly.
- Repair equipment ranging from minor component replacements to major machine repairs while maintaining our high safety and quality standards.
- Maintain electrical systems by replacing faulty components, interpreting electrical schematics, and supporting control circuit repairs.
- Document daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance activities using spreadsheets to maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Inspect equipment by checking fluid levels, replacing filters, greasing bearings, repairing worn components, and completing scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Order replacement parts and maintenance supplies as needed to keep equipment operating efficiently.
- Support a safe, productive manufacturing environment by following company safety standards and responding to maintenance needs throughout the facility.
Our Ideal Maintenance Technician
- Technical Expertise: High school diploma and 2-4 years of maintenance experience or equivalent technical training, along with a strong understanding of electrical theory, wiring principles, and industrial equipment.
- Problem Solver: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues while confidently reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Mechanically Skilled: Comfortable using measuring tools, volt meters, power tools, and other maintenance equipment; experience with PLCs, mechatronics, or forklifts is a plus.
- Driven: Take initiative, stay focused, and consistently follow through to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
- Physically Capable: Demonstrate good dexterity and balance, lift up to 25 pounds, communicate clearly, and comfortably perform the physical demands of a hands-on maintenance role.

- Pay: $34-$39 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
