Team Automotive Group is actively seeking a driven, accountable, and high-performing Sales Manager to help lead and develop our sales operation.
This is not a desk manager position for someone looking to maintain the status quo. We are looking for a leader who can drive performance, enforce process, develop people, and create consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
· Leading daily sales operations and team performance
· Driving showroom, internet, and phone conversion
· Managing desk structure, deal flow, and gross opportunities
· Coaching and developing Sales Consultants daily
· Ensuring CRM discipline and follow-up accountability
· Monitoring KPIs including:
- Closing %
- PVR
- Appointments
- Follow-up activity
- Lead response times
· Helping recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
· Maintaining energy, urgency, and accountability across the floor

Qualifications
· Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
· Strong desking and deal-structure knowledge
· Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
· CRM and follow-up accountability experience
· High level of urgency, professionalism, and communication
· Strong understanding of gross, volume, and performance metrics
· Valid driver’s license
Salary : $100,000 - $250,000
