Internet Sales Manager (6329)

Team Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales operations and digital lead management. In this role, you will be responsible for converting internet leads into showroom traffic, managing the digital sales process, and working closely with the sales team to achieve monthly goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming internet leads and online inquiries through CRM and dealership platforms

• Respond promptly and professionally to potential customers via email, phone, and text

• Set appointments and drive traffic to the showroom through effective follow-up

• Monitor and improve lead conversion rates, response times, and communication quality

• Collaborate with the sales and BDC teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer follow-through

• Track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure data integrity

• Stay up-to-date with digital retail trends, inventory promotions, and marketing campaigns

• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Team Automotive brand with integrity

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in automotive internet sales, BDC, or related digital sales role

• Strong understanding of online sales strategies and CRM tools (e.g., VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket)

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills via phone, text, and email

• Proven track record of lead conversion and appointment setting

• Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
