As a BDC Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them connect with the right people, get answers fast, and set the stage for an amazing dealership experience. What You’ll Do
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to generate and nurture leads.

What We’re Looking For
✨ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus!).
✨ 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
✨ Previous automotive or call center experience is a big advantage.
✨ Strong communication skills; you know how to connect with people.
✨ Tech-savvy with CRM software and comfortable multitasking.
✨ Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy environment.
