Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and comprehensive collision repair estimates using CCC ONE or Mitchell estimating systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
- Review vehicle damage and explain repair recommendations to customers and insurance representatives.

Coordinate with vendors to support production schedules.
- Communicate repair updates through phone calls, emails, text messages, and in-person interactions.
- Work closely with technicians, production staff, and insurance adjusters to ensure repairs move efficiently through the shop.
- Monitor repair progress and address supplements or estimate revisions as needed.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial estimate through vehicle delivery.
Qualifications
- 3 years of collision estimating experience in a collision repair facility, body shop, or dealership environment.

Proficiency with CCC ONE and/or Mitchell Estimating Systems.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures, parts procurement, and insurance claim processes.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple repair files while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Automotive technical training, collision repair education, I-CAR, ASE, or other industry certifications are a plus.
- Valid Driver's License required.
