Experienced BDC Representative – Join Team Automotive!

Team Automotive is looking for an experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team! If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy talking with people, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers
• Maintain consistent communication through phone, text, and email
• Build relationships that create an outstanding customer experience
• Work closely with our sales and service teams to maximize opportunities
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM

Schedule Requirements:

Must be available to work alternating shifts of 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with alternating Saturdays required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20.00 per hour plus uncapped commission

What We're Looking For:

• Previous automotive BDC experience required
• Experience working in a remote or centralized BDC is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple dealership locations and managing customer communication across multiple channels (phone, text, email, and CRM) is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
