Job Description: Outside Sales Representative
10% On-site 90% Outside Sales | Full-Time/Salary
In this role, the candidate will build and maintain relationships with general repair shops, muffler shops, installers, dealerships, and distributors to promote Team Allied's products and fulfillment services throughout the designated territories. The job role also includes, but is not limited to, making cold calls, meeting with potential clients and business owners in person, and identifying opportunities to grow sales while providing exceptional customer support. Additionally, the role requires gathering market feedback, monitoring competitor activity, and collaborating with internal teams to align customer needs with product offerings and services. The ideal candidate may possess knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, preferably in emissions and exhaust componentry. Other key responsibilities include prospecting new customers, selling the company's services, and achieving monthly sales targets. The position requires a dynamic and results-driven candidate with a proven track record and a strong analytical background.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain and provide detailed records of customer interactions and updates via weekly and monthly field reports.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential clients within the respective territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including muffler shops, general repair shops, dealerships, and distributors.
Ensure timely follow-ups on customer inquiries, orders, and account management needs.
Gather customer feedback and report on competitor activities to build and coordinate sales strategies.
Analyze sales reports to identify market trends, sales gaps, missed opportunities, and achieve monthly/annual sales goals.
Visit existing and prospective customers at their established business location to present Team Allieds products and services.
Conduct field work within all cities and states where Team Allied presently operates, including new regions.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the companys products and services to effectively deliver Team Allieds value.
Integrate new B2B sales opportunities via the companys SMS and Open Webs (portal) integration.
Maintain a professional image and conduct that aligns with the companys values.
Manage a budget(s) for travel, customer meetings, fuel, and required sales materials.
Maintain an effective/optimal schedule for daily, weekly, and monthly customer visits to ensure territory coverage.
Overnight domestic travel is possible(out-of-state).
Skills & Qualifications
Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Must possess a strong analytical background with strong reporting skills.
Valid U.S.-issued drivers license.
Meet insurance requirements, including a minimum of three years of driving experience with a clean record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is not mandatory, but it is a plus!
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma
Experience in Sales preferred

a. Sales representative will spend time in all three counties for multiple weeks at a time calling on Automotive repair shops from provided lists.
Extended periods of standing and walking during sales visits, presentations, and meetings.
Frequent lifting and carrying of product samples, marketing materials, and equipment, generally weighing up to 25 pounds.
Regular use of hands for tasks such as using a computer, writing, and handling sales materials.
Good vision: Ability to read computer screens, documents, and other materials.
Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching to access files, materials, or equipment.
Ability to maintain a high level of energy and focus during long work hours and while managing multiple client interactions.
Engage in physical activities involving significant use of arms, legs, and full body, including climbing, balancing, walking, stooping, and material handling.
Stamina: Managing high volumes of calls or interactions without significant breaks.
