We are currently seeking a dynamic, talented, committed, and experienced BDR for the Riverside market, based in the city and/or surrounding areas. We are looking for a candidate that will lead Staffing sales initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think quickly during sales calls and demonstrate the ability to execute a sales strategy for their branch.
Responsibilities
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Commute around local areas, visiting clients & leads in order to close deals
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow the business and help the company expand
- Grow/Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of Staffing industry experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
