About the Position:
Team 360 Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a manufacturing operation in American Canyon, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, ensuring the successful fabrication and delivery of custom composite products that meet production schedules, budget requirements, and quality standards.
The Production Manager will lead shop floor activities, drive a strong safety culture, and promote a collaborative, communicative, and high-performance work environment. This position plays a key role in improving operational efficiency, supporting team training, and implementing Lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste

Pay: $90kUSD - 130kUSD anually depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, and analyze production schedules to meet delivery and quality targets
- Lead and manage shop floor staff to achieve daily and weekly production goals
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all safe work practices
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate workflow, labor, and materials to ensure on-time production
- Track production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of labor hours, material usage, and production output
- Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and shop facilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually controlled production environment
- Develop and support visual management systems and operational controls
- Support SOP development, training, and workforce development initiatives
- Perform additional duties as needed to support production operations
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or production environments
- Experience with ERP systems or production tracking tools
- Strong understanding of quality systems in manufacturing or construction settings
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong background in production scheduling and workflow coordination
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience developing SOPs and training materials
- Strong communication skills (English required, verbal and written)
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (Excel, Word, Email, Google Workspace)
- CAD/Rhino experience and Spanish are a plus
