Position: Part-Time Service Dispatcher
Shift: 24 hours a week - you choose your schedule!
Attire: Business Casual.
Compliance: Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check.
Job Duties:
• Coordinate customer service requests and preventative maintenance with the assignment of
appropriate field service personnel
• Dispatch the technicians as service calls are received or completed and maintain weekly
dispatch board.
• Monitor and respond to client request via a group email account.
• Monitor parts status and follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of all work
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and technicians
• Generate purchase orders, quotes, and coordinate with vendors as needed to support work.
• Ability to monitor the 24/7 service line as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detailed orientated, ability to multitask and possesses great organizational skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• A driven self-starter with a strong work ethic that can take the lead on initiatives and follow
through on commitments.
