Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Team 360 staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems
- Repair or replace defective components to minimize downtime
- Conduct preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability
- Support equipment installations and upgrades
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and plant standards
🧰 What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of industrial maintenance / mechanic experience
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, gearboxes, and motors
- Ability to read mechanical diagrams and use hand/power tools
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred
- Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
🏭 Work Environment
- Manufacturing facility setting
- Exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery
- PPE required at all times
