Details:
- Hours: 7 AM to end of production (10-12 hours)
- Monday - Thursday (Weekends as needed)
Pay:
- $19/hr

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient yogurt processing and packaging
- Accurately measure, mix, and handle ingredients following company recipes and food safety standards
- Fill, seal, and label yogurt containers while maintaining speed and accuracy on production lines
- Perform quality checks to ensure product consistency, proper sealing, and compliance with specifications
- Maintain strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and production areas to meet sanitation standards
- Monitor product temperatures and storage conditions to ensure food safety compliance
- Load raw materials and package finished goods for distribution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong understanding of food safety practices (GMP, HACCP preferred)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
- Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and wet conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively
