As a Shift Manager, you will oversee store operations during the 4 pm-9 pm shift on weekdays, 2-9 on weekends, and 3-5 days a week. Shifts:
- 4 pm-9 pm on weekdays

Responsibilities
- Assign tasks to associates during the shift and ensure timely completion.
- Call in replacements for team member absences or no-shows.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized storefront.
- Perform cashier and personal shopping duties as needed.
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
- Promote specials, sales, and the Teal's Market App to customers.
- Manage cash intake and count out registers at the end of cashier shifts.
- Communicate regularly with the store manager regarding customer concerns, associate issues, and other significant matters.
- Sign for deliveries when necessary.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and guidelines.
- Assist in associate training and onboarding.
