- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and schedule store associates.
- Lead and support the team while promoting a friendly, enthusiastic store culture.
- Communicate policies, procedures, sales promotions, and job expectations to associates.
- Manage product ordering, merchandising, display building, and retail pricing.
- Promote knowledgeable, friendly customer service throughout the store.
Qualifications
