We are seeking a skilled RF Test Automation Engineer to support the execution of test plans for wireless communication systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of RF fundamentals, hands-on experience with RF lab equipment, and the ability to develop Python-based automation for test execution and data analysis. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to validate wireless technologies such as 5G, LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GNSS.

• Execute and support RF test plans for wireless communication systems.
• Perform RF testing using laboratory instruments such as Spectrum Analyzers (SA), Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), and signaling testers.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for test automation and data processing.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide clear documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate system performance and resolve defects.
• Organize and manage test data for various wireless technologies.
• Assist in improving test methodologies, processes, and automation frameworks.

• Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and communication theory.
• Hands-on experience in RF testing and measurement techniques.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data analysis.
• Experience using RF lab equipment such as SA, VNA, and signaling testers.
• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings and issues.
