Red Oak Community School District is seeking a qualified ½-time Title I Math Teacher for the Spring 2025 semester. This position provides supplemental math instruction to Title I–identified students and supports the implementation of evidence-based math interventions within the MTSS framework. The successful candidate will deliver small-group and individualized instruction, collaborate with classroom teachers, and use assessment data to guide and monitor student progress.
Qualifications:

Valid Iowa Teaching License

Math or elementary endorsement preferred

Knowledge of evidence-based math intervention practices

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Experience with progress monitoring tools preferred
Responsibilities:

Provide targeted Title I math interventions
