Sigourney Community School District – Superintendent of Schools
The Sigourney Board of Education will begin its search for the next executive leader of the Sigourney Community School District. The Board will begin the selection and hiring process immediately.
It is the Board’s preference to secure an operational sharing agreement with a highly qualified and effective superintendent currently serving within a regional school district or local education agency (LEA). However, the Board will also consider applications from licensed superintendent candidates who are not presently serving in a sharing arrangement.
Job Description
Mr. Kevin Hatfield, Superintendent of Schools, Sigourney Community School District, will lead the recruiting and hiring process for the Board. The process will include timeline development, posting and marketing materials, recruitment, interviewing and input, screening, compensation parameters, hiring, and onboarding support. kevin.hatfield@sigourneyschools.com
