Moulton-Udell Community School District is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and positive individual to lead our Junior High Volleyball program for the upcoming 2026 season.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, a passion for player development, and the ability to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a growth mindset in young student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities
Teach fundamental volleyball skills, rules, and strategies to junior high student-athletes.
Plan and lead organized, engaging, and safe practice sessions.
Provide positive leadership and mentorship, emphasizing sportsmanship and academic excellence.
Manage game-day coaching duties and coordinate effectively with the Athletic Director.
Maintain open and professional communication with student-athletes, parents, and school administration.
Qualifications
Valid Iowa Coaching Authorization or Iowa Teaching License with a Coaching Endorsement.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass required background checks.
